Spectrum Equity Investors buys The Generations Network (Myfamily.com)

Well I guess TGN finally found a buyer but they didn’t get the original asking price of $500M. Spectrum Equity Investors has purchased TGN for a reported $300M - still a great accomplishment in my book.
I wonder who made out on that deal?
