Obamaphilia

This is funny. On Obama, LA Times columnist, Joel Stein says:
“You are embarrassing yourselves. With your ‘Yes We Can’ music video, your ‘Fired Up, Ready to Go’ song, your endless chatter about how he’s the first one to inspire you, to make you really feel something — it’s as if you’re tacking photos of Barack [...]

“We are an unserious people in a serious time.”

Buchanan is brilliant:
“With two-thirds of the nation saying the country is on the wrong course, the two parties are offering candidates both of whom played major roles in setting that course. I think that what is said here is so important that I’ve decided to paste in the whole article. Like I’ve said before - David Walker is one of my hero’s. Please read the following article with careful consideration:

Here are a few people who have intrigued me lately.
Mario R. Capecchi
University of Utah researcher, Dr. Mario Capecchi was just awarded the Nobel Prize for scientific advancement. Dr. Capecchi has lead a incredible life - consider his amazing story of survival during WWII:
“Mario Capecchi was born in the Italian city of Verona in 1937. His father [...]
