Free Legal Services for Start Ups

I was just made aware that Ballard Spahr is offering up to $5,000 in free legal services for qualified start ups.  This is a great service to take advantage of as getting your initial legal documentation in place can be expensive and something akin to navigating a mine field.  I have heard that Wilson Sonsini offers a similar service but I don’t see any information on their site.
